Beginning with Hibbard Homes in 2000, Greg played a key role in sourcing land and development opportunities, including major projects in Port Macquarie and Lake Cathie. In 2009, he became Port Supervisor while continuing to lead sales and land acquisition, building strong relationships with local agents and industry professionals.
Greg has been instrumental in the sourcing, design, construction, and sale of numerous residential developments, including large-scale villa projects and innovative house-and-granny-flat designs. Since 2009, he has been involved in the sale of more than 500 homes, bringing extensive market knowledge and hands-on experience to every client interaction.
